The pre-construction conference is a vital meeting where we go through the plans to make sure everything is satisfactory to you. You will also be involved in the placement of the home on the building site as we walk the lot with you and explain how the home will be placed through a series of ground stakes. Following these events, you sign off on the home placement and plans and construction of your dream home will begin!
This is where you begin to put your personal touches in your custom tailored dream home. The staff at our office will assist you with a list of suppliers for all selections; such as, paint colors, flooring, tile and finishing materials. A design specialist is available upon request.
Just prior to sheetrock installation, we invite you to inspect and walk through your new home with Ramon so you can verify the quality of the work, and to make one final review of all of your customized options. At this time you will also make final decisions on other items and requirements needed for the completion of your dream home.
Your home is complete!  Approximately one week prior to closing you will meet with Ramon for the final orientation of your home.  We will create a “punch list” of agreed upon repair items.  Twenty four hours prior to closing you will come out again to verify the completion of the “punch list” items.
At closing you will be handed a ”Homebuyer's Guide” for your new home. Please read this carefully as it contains many helpful hints for owning and properly mainting of your home.
